In 1997, Mostostal Gdańsk SA purchased major part of the shares of Gdyńskie Przedsiębiorstwo Budownictwa Przemysłowego and the Company initiated its activities as MG PROBUD SA.

The main scope of activity of the Company is manufacture, assembly and repair works of industrial, general purpose and residential buildings.

The effected works included waste water treatment facilities, food industry buildings, light, shipbuilding and metallurgic industry objects, hospitals, outpatient clinics, sports halls, schools, hotels, banks and trade malls.
