Trying to expand the Capital Group, in autumn 1999 the Managing Board of Mostostal Gdańsk SA decided to purchase controlling interest in Przedsiębiorstwo Produkcyjne STALTON Sp. z o.o. and afterwards the Company registered a new name of MG STALTON SA.

The basic scope of activity comprises designing, production and assembly of steel structures of halls, overpass gantries, flue ducts and air ducts, crane frames and container frames and self-loading hydraulic cranes. In the recent years the Company has specialised in the production of support structures of traction networks.
